The Ambassador of the Year award goes to someone that goes above and beyond to help the Chamber. This year's winner has been an Ambassador for almost two years. You more than likely have seen her at one of our events from volunteering at the registration table, helping with the seating chart or just showing up to support a Ribbon Cutting or Business Before or After Hours. This individual became a co-chair of the Ambassador program at the beginning of this year and always has a big smile on her face. This year’s Ambassador of the Year is Madison Atkinson of FASTSIGNS .
This year’s Manufacturer of the Year is a global organization that uses the latest technologies to save and improve lives. This organizations guiding values of patient focus, innovation, technology, integrity, collaboration and superior performance have been fundamental to their success in developing plasma-derived products for treating bleeding disorders. This year’s Manufacturer of the Year is CSL Behring.
This year’s Not-for-Profit of the Year was established in the 1970’s. This organization focuses on empowering individuals, families and communities through programs, advocacy and prevention. They opened up an emergency shelter in 1986 and continues to operate a full-service shelter and a 24-hour hotline. Their staff and community diligently work together to provide a safe environment to educate and empower survivors of domestic violence and advocate for a world free from abuse. This year’s Not-for-Profit of the Year is Harbor House - Kankakee County Coalition Against Domestic Violence!
