Board of Directors Spotlight: Matthew Schore, Vice Chair
|
Born and raised in Bourbonnais, Matthew Schore has deep roots in Kankakee County. As Vice President of Sales and Marketing at A.N. Webber Logistics, Matthew brings over 15 years of industry expertise to the family-owned transportation and logistics company headquartered in Kankakee, IL. Beyond his role at A.N. Webber, Matthew is a dedicated community leader. In his free time, Matthew enjoys golfing, serving on the Golf Committee and as Vice-Captain of the club’s South District Golf League Team.

Brittaney Beck has a deep passion for making a difference in the lives of our members. Leading her teams at the Kankakee Area YMCA to deliver high-value customer service to families has been one of the most rewarding aspects of her role. She am also deeply woven into the community as a parent?her son is an entrepreneur, and her daughter, a freshman at BB, is actively involved in sports and travel softball.

Attention Restaurant Members: DoorDash has partnered with Hello Alice to create the Restaurant Disaster Relief Fund. The fund supports restaurants impacted by natural disasters, severe weather events, or major infrastructure failures. Open nationwide to “a restaurant, gastropub or bakery with a brick & mortar location that has experienced a loss in revenue as a direct result of a natural disaster, severe weather event, or major infrastructure failure which occurred within the last 12 months”, been opened at least 6 months, “Own a maximum of three locations, and employ fewer than 50 employees per location”, and “Have revenues of $3M or less per location in the last 12 months.”
