SUMMARY:Fall Kids Trout Fishing Derby
DESCRIPTION:The Kankakee Valley Park District in partnership with the Northern Illinois Anglers Association presents the Fall Kids Fishing Derby at Bird Park! Parents bring the children out for a morning of fun and enjoyment as they try their skills at fishing. Prizes will be awarded for biggest trout caught by both a boy and girl. A limited amount of poles\, bait\, coffee\, and donuts will be on hand. The fishing derby will take place Saturday October 18\, 2014 from 8:00 a.m. until noon at the Bird Park Fishing Pier.
