For this art show the artists were challenged to incorporate letters or words into their pieces of art. The Gallery will open on Thursdays and Fridays from noon to 4:00 and on Saturdays from 10:00 to 1:00 to view the show and\, if desired\, to purchase some original art. The Gift Shop will also be open with prints\, cards\, jewelry and sculptures available to buy. Letters will open with a reception on Friday\, August 12 from 6:30pm to 8:30pm. This reception will provide an opportunity to hear the artists talk about their pieces of art beginning at 7:15 and for the guests to talk one on one with the artists\, too. Refreshments and wine will be served. Since communication is such a difficult but important part of a person with Autism's life\, a special part of this program will feature the literary pieces of art created by people with autism. They will be given two minutes of time to share exerts from a book they have written or read us their poem or other literary piece of art they have written.
