Our team will provide every client with same day delivery of a detailed narrative style inspection report (never a checklist style) with an easy to read summary page including digital photos. Every client also receives a free copy of “Now That You've had a Home Inspection,” a 96 page guide to preserving the value of your home.

We are your consultant for life.If your first deal falls through for any reason, there is a $50 discount for a second inspection of a different home within 45 days after first inspection with the same agent.
