Dr. Alisha Clark is a business development and workforce strategy leader with expertise across sales, finance, management, marketing, and human resources. She serves as Dean of Workforce Development and Community Education at Prairie State College, leading initiatives that strengthen vocational training and employer partnerships aligned with regional workforce needs. Her career spans corporate, education, nonprofit, and government sectors, with a proven record of building workforce pipelines and improving organizational performance. Dr. Clark holds a Ph.D. in Business Management (Strategy and Innovation), an MBA in Strategic Leadership, and a BA in Business Administration. A Certified Business Engagement Professional and published author, she is also a committed community leader and serves as President and Charter Member of the Gamma Alpha Psi Zeta Chapter of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated.
