5th Annual Duck Race

Join the Kankakee Valley Park Foundation for the 5th annual 4th of July Duck Race. The race begins at 4:15 pm; the park is open at 11:00 a.m. and closes at 5:00 p.m. for the day. Admission is $5 per person all day and each paid guest receives a Duck Race ticket. Ducks (plastic ducks) will race down the slide and around the lazy river! First 25 Ducks to cross the finish line win a grand prize. Proceeds go to the Kankakee Valley Park Foundation, an organization that provides scholarships so residents can participate in recreational opportunities. Location: Splash Valley Aquatic Park Fee: $5 to view duck race, duck sponsors get in free.
