Computer training classes in Spanish
Olivet Nazarene University’s Enactus program is offering computer training classes for Spanish speakers of English as a second language. Designed specifically for members of the Hispanic community, these classes will be taught in Spanish by Olivet students who are native speakers of Spanish.
Beginning on October 31, 2012, and continuing through the end of November, classes will meet on Wednesday nights, 7 to 9 p.m., in room 103 of Weber Center on Olivet’s campus in Bourbonnais. Participants will work at computers already installed in the computer lab. Lessons will be taught by a presenter and also one-on-one. Topics will include basic Microsoft® Office skills and Internet navigation.
There is no charge to attend these noncredit classes, but registration is recommended. To register or for more information, call 815-939-5133 or 815-272-7877, or email amagana@olivet.edu.
