Dig Pink National Breast Cancer Awareness Rally
During its match with Lake Land College, the Kankakee Community College women's volleyball team will take part in the national Dig Pink National Breast Cancer Awareness Rally.
All gate receipts from the match will be donated toward breast cancer awareness through the Side-Out Foundation.
Fans are invited to make a statement and wear something pink in the stands. Those currently fighting breast cancer, as well as survivors of the disease, also are invited to attend and receive special recognition during the match. Donations are being accepted online at
