Join the Community Arts Council of Kankakee County for a fun-filled day!

Take a Stroll ~
@ the Fall Art & Craft Stroll in downtown Kankakee, Sunday September 12th from 11:00am – 4:00pm.

Showcasing artists and crafters displaying and selling a variety of handmade wares:

• artwork, photography, painting, drawing, anime and more
• pottery and ceramics, painted glass and porcelain creations
• stained glass, garden art
• needlework, crocheted and sewn items
• metal work, wood carvings and signs
• jewelry, soaps and lotions, candles
• specialty food vendors
• repurposed furniture and more!

to the entertainment areas to watch and listen to live entertainment. Watch for spur-of-the-moment on-street entertainment.

let the kids show off their artistic talents with art-related children’s activities, chalk art, games and more.

Stroll the landscaped walk along the Depot, take a moment to enjoy the beautiful flowers and plants . . stop in at the Kankakee Train Museum's annual Railfest. Visit the railroad museum, step inside the old train car, visit the museum shop filled with model trains and railroad signs. Stop and enjoy the beautiful back porch of the Depot.

Take a break!
Food trucks will be set up in the parking lot north of The Depot offering a variety of food, including sausage, brats, burgers and hot dogs, pulled chicken and pork, plus salads, popcorn, taffy apples and other treats.
