Free Class: Diabetes Prevention & Management

Riverside Medical Center and Riverside Health Fitness Center will offer a Wellness Wednesday's class called "Diabetes Prevention and Management". 

Guest expert, Asima Hussaini, MD of Meadowview Primary Care Associates will share the improtance of understanding your risks and how to prevent diabetes and heart disease through lifestyle modifications, current treatment options and avoiding complications.  Taking proactive steps to better your health now decreases your risk of future complications.
