FREE Colon Cancer Screening Test Kits
Join us at a drive through colon cancer screening event. Participants will receive
information on how to keep your colon healthy, signs and symptoms of colon cancer
and risks associated with this disease. A FREE screening test kit (FIT) will be distributed
with instructions on how to complete this test.
• Individuals 45–75 years of age are welcome to participate in this FREE event
• FIT testing does NOT replace a colonoscopy, which still remains the gold standard for
colon cancer screening
