The Kankakee County Historic Preservation Commission will be hosting an Outreach Seminar on Historic Preservation and Economic Incentives. Presentations will be by: Catherine O'Connor, Manager of Local Government Servies, Illinois Historic Preservation Agency (IHPA); Anthony Rubano, Project Designer, IHPA. and Commission Representatives
