June Workshops
In June we are having a series of workshops that will be held at the Limestone Library. This past Tuesday we covered "Stay Thirsty My Friend" Dehydration and Hydration. Coming up on Thursday June 23rd we will be discussing, "Prevention and Care of Adolescent Sport Injuries" and on Thursday June 30th we will be discussing, "Head's Up! Sports Concussion".
