In the Digital Age, the pace of business and industry today is such that employees at all levels must be equipped with a full complement of relevant technical skills to succeed. The lack of technical skills is actually a nationwide crisis that is being addressed through legislation in Washington, D.C.
Kankakee County has abundant resources to meet this challenge, but now they are being leveraged in new ways to meet industry’s new challenges.
