Positive Employee Relations: Ways to avoid organizing (In Person)

Steve Stewart is a lawyer and HR professional with over 17 years of experience representing employees and management. Steve began his career as an attorney for labor unions and represented the organizations and employees for approximately 9 years. Steve transitioned to represent management for a public sector bus company (Pace Suburban Bus) acting as its labor and employment counsel. Steve left the full time practice of law and began his career as a human resources professional with Mondelez Global as its North American labor relations manager, handling labor relations matters and negotiating contracts in the United States and Canada. Most recently, he has been employed with CSL Behring as its Associate Director of Human Resources, handling labor relations matters at its various US locations, including its Kankakee facility.
