Revitalizing Yoga
Revitalizing Yoga, focusing on energy centers of the body will meet Mondays March 24 to April 21, 5:30-6:30 p.m., KCC Room G107. Cost is $39. Includes breathing techniques, postures, twists, hip openers and restorative poses. For people of all fitness levels. A yoga or exercise mat is recommended. Lockers are available.
