Sounds: Neil Jendon, Paul Giallorenzo, Mykel Boyd
Over the last 12 years, Neil Jendon?s recordings and live performances have wandered in and out of the spaces of noise, ambience, improvisation and minimalism. His main music-making tools are a modular analog synthesizer, vintage DCO synths and guitar. Born and raised in NY, Chicago-based improviser, composer, and sound designer Paul Giallorenzo uses piano, synthesizer, and electronics in a wide variety of groups and contexts, ranging from jazz and improvised music to electro-acoustic/noise. Sound and visual artist Mykel Boyd returns to Feed with his processed field recordings to create dark, static filled compositions. His low end dronescapes rumble, pulse and shimmer in a particularly dark industrial atmosphere.
