Spoken Word Challenge
Write a 5-minute piece on the theme of ?energy? (all forms of writing acceptable). Speak your words in front of judges and an audience. Win a prize. SPOKEN WORD ARTIST REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED AND SPACE IS LIMITED. Registration begins May 13th at 10am. Register by calling the Adult Services Department at the Kankakee Public Library: 815.939.4564. This event is free, open to the public, and partnered with the Kankakee Public Library.
