Tool Bash Festival
Indian Oaks Acadeny's 10th Annual Tool Bash supports our state-recognized vocational program. This program gives our young people the chance to develop new skills through classes in music, art, woodshop/construction, automotive, horticulture and landscaping, welding and general maintenance. Plans are in the workd to add culinary arts, cosemetology and pre-CNA classes.
Over the past nine years, Tool Bash has raised more than $70,000 to develop valuable vocational offerings on our campus. Plus, Tool Bash helps our kid give back.
In 2010, they logged over 5,200 volunteer hours with communities and agencies throughout the greater Kankakee County area. With supplies purchased from Tool Bash proceeds, our kids helped complete projects for over 12 area organizations.
