exercises and developing your intuition.

Tamara Hayes from Green & Healthy, Inc. is a certified Health Coach.  Tammy educates clients on how food, lifestyle & personal choices will influence your health and healing.  Join us to see how and why you are what you eat.

Chair massages will also be available to lessen your stress.
