A Little Spot of Emotion! Workshop for Kids
In partnership with Harbor House, this workshop helps children build emotional awareness and regulation skills. Using the beloved Little Spot book series by Diane Alber, this program will feature a storytime, hands-on activities, and a discussion which encourages empathy, self-expression, and emotional resilience.
Children 1-4 years will meet from 3:30-4:00 pm, and children 5-8 years will meet from 4:00-5:00 pm. Please register on our website.
