Personal Charcuterie Board- Loaded with a variety of cured meats, cheese, fruit, and crackers
Soup
Lobster Bisque- a classic smooth and creamy French soup
Zuppa Tuscana- a creamy soup with spicy Italian sausage , potatoes, and spinach
Salad
Bennett-Curtis House Tossed Salad– mixed greens topped with fresh vegetables & golden Italian dressing
Caesar Salad– fresh romaine topped with parmesan cheese & Caesar dressing
Entrée
Shrimp Scampi & Filet Mignon – combination of succulent shrimp scampi and tender 6oz filet served with twice baked potato and honey glazed carrots
Chicken Florentine- Tender chicken breast stuffed w/spinach & cheese wrapped in puff pastry served with rice pilaf and honey glazed carrots
Tilapia- pan seared Lemon Herb Butter Tilapia served with rice pilaf and honey glazed carrots
Dessert
Death by Chocolate Brownie Sundae - a hot fudge brownie topped with vanilla ice-cream, caramel, chocolate, whipped cream
NY style Cheesecake - topped with fresh sugared strawberries
