Speaker Lana Arndt, SHRM-CP Overview: In this workshop, participants will learn the benefits and importance of development planning for all levels of employees. Information and tools will be provided that can be used right away to create a robust and effective development plan to grow one’s career. Lana Arndt, SHRM-CP is Sr. Manager of Learning and Development at CSL Behring and has more than 15 years’ experience in adult learning within Human Resources and Quality. She is passionate about partnering with HR and business leaders to invest in the development of employees and leaders. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
