This Saturday December 20th at 12pm, CIRKA and Still I Rise will host its “Winter Apparel & Outerwear Giveaway”. We will give away, blankets, scarves, hats, gloves, hand warmers, socks, hygiene products, etc. A hot meal will be catered.
