Licensed Massage Therapist
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of anatomy and physiology, with the ability to assess patient needs effectively. This role requires expertise in various massage techniques, including deep tissue massage, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Massage Therapist, you will play a vital role in enhancing the well-being of our clients through therapeutic touch and personalized treatment plans.
Duties
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand individual needs and preferences.
- Develop customized massage therapy plans tailored to address specific pain management issues or relaxation goals.
- Perform various types of massages, including deep tissue, Swedish, and other modalities as required.
- Maintain accurate records of treatments administered and client progress.
- Educate clients on self-care techniques and the benefits of regular massage therapy.
- Collaborate with other health professionals in a med spa environment to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Uphold high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in treatment areas.
- Provide excellent customer service by creating a welcoming and calming atmosphere for clients.
Requirements
- Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
- Experience in pain management techniques and occupational health is preferred.
- Excellent patient assessment skills to identify client needs accurately.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Previous experience in a med spa setting is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Pay: $25.00 - $50.00 per hour
